قَالَ الأَوْزَاعِىُّ وَأَسْهَمَ النَّبِىُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِلنِّسَاءِ بِخَيْبَرَ وَأَخَذَ بِذَلِكَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ بَعْدَهُ. حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ عَلِىُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِىِّ بِهَذَا. وَمَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ وَيُحْذَيْنَ مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ يَقُولُ يُرْضَخُ لَهُنَّ بِشَىْءٍ مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ يُعْطَيْنَ شَيْئًا.
